Aromatherapy

This is a 4 week course on aromatherapy and masssage for use at home with family and friends, where you will have the opportunity to learn all aspects of aromatherapy oils.

For example:
Where and how they are sourced;
How to keep them;
The many uses for aromatherapy oils;
Oils that can aid illnesses and conditions; and
Massage that can easily be done in the home using your own chairs, etc.

Clubhouse (in an upstairs room)

Dates
Friday, starting Mid-September

Cost
€9 per session (includes the use of oils during the course)

There is some flexibility with days if Friday proves difficult.
